Tanzania 2026 Post 3
We had our first day of school today!! We received an incredible welcome from the Shade staff with singing, dancing and lots of hugs!! This was followed by Morning Glory- a time when each area of Shade begins their day worshipping God.
The day was filled with a introductions to Shade. We had a tour of the campus. It's amazing to see the changes on campus since Res's last visit. There is a new administration building, new adult and student bathrooms, bus parking area, and a security building at the gate of the completed wall. Glory to God! We also heard from many staff members and some of the leadership team. The thread in all of these conversations was how much they love Shade. In the afternoon we attended the staff spiritual session. Shade is a campus that prays!
Tomorrow we are attending an advocacy program off campus.
