Considering the Call

2024 VESTRY ELECTIONS

The Vestry Nominating Committee is seeking nominees to fill three vacancies on the 2024/2025 Vestry. Nominees must be voting members at Church of the Resurrection. If you have any questions about the nomination process and/or duties and responsibilities as a Vestry member, or would like to volunteer your name or nominate someone else, please contact Fran Lenzo.

Nominations are due no later than October 15 and will be announced October 24. Elections will be held on November 5.

To apply for a seat on the 2024–2025 Vestry,
  • Submit a personal testimony/Christian background document to office@resbalt.org
  • Submit two personal recommendations by current Res members to office@resbalt.org
  • Confirm that you have prayerfully reviewed the "Consider the Call" document attached below
The Vestry is comprised of 9 members, including a Senior Warden and Junior Warden, that serve 3-year terms. The job of Vestry members is to work with the Rector to articulate the mission of the church and to manage resources and finances. They must be members of Resurrection as well as men and women of spiritual maturity.
